The Midland Development Corporation is dedicated to the re-establishment of the business district and its surrounding neighborhoods as the economic and residential center of the community. We provide direction for renewing its downtown district into walkable areas containing commercial businesses, residential housing alternatives, parks and recreation, and municipal services.
